    • Hi Suzy Eats! Thanks for the follow! 🙂 I didn’t follow a specific diet really, I just focused on eating more protein, aiming for about 1,400 calories a day and eating a protein with a carb with each meal. For example before, I used to just have a fat-free yoplait yogurt for a snack and I’d still be hungry. Now I pair a protein with a carb, so I’ll have an apple with peanut butter or greek yogurt with raspberries. I still have to remind myself of this when I find I’m slipping into my old ways. 🙂
